Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy:

All shipping rates used by K65 are those issued by the Isle of Man Postal Service (www.iompost.com).  We add nothing extra to these rates.  You are only charged for the cost of shipping the item to your address.

Isle of Man, UK & Channel Islands:

Orders up to 5 kgs are shipped using Isle of Man Posts' Signed For service. Isle of Man Post aims to deliver items one day after the item is posted.  Most items should be with you in 2 - 3 days allowing for your item to be packaged and posted.

The Signed For service provides proof of postage and proof of arrival at the destination.  This service includes signature on delivery and the ability to check delivery online.

Orders in excess of 5 kgs are sent through IOM Posts' Special Delivery Guaranteed service.  Delivery is guaranteed by 1pm the day after postage with signature on delivery and the ability to check delivery online.

Rates for orders up to 20 kgs are shown at checkout.  

Europe (EU):

All items are shipped using Isle of Man Posts' International Tracked & Signed service.  This provides a fully tracked service with signature on delivery and online confirmation.

Europe (Non-EU):

All items are shipped using Isle of Man Posts' International Tracked service.  This provides a fully tracked service with online confirmation of delivery.

Rest of the World:

All items are shipped using Isle of Man Posts' International Tracked & Signed service.  This provides a fully tracked service with signature on delivery and online confirmation.

Shipping FAQs: 

Do you ship internationally?  Yes we do.  The rates are available at the checkout.

When will my order be shipped to me?  We aim to process all orders in the shortest time possible.  Generally your order will be shipped the day after your order is received depending on the time of day you submit your order. 

Has my item been shipped yet?  We will keep you regularly updated as to the progress of your order.  Once your item has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email and an SMS message if you've provided your mobile number.

I'm in the Isle of Man, can I pick up my order to save postage?  Given the island is so small this might well be possible, please email sales@k65motorcycleparts.co.uk and hopefully we can arrange something for you. 

How much does the shipping cost?  The cost of shipping is added to your shopping cart prior to your final commitment to purchase the item.   We only charge you the shipping cost we pay and nothing more.  For orders of multiple items the overall weight determines the shipping cost so in some cases ordering multiple items results in better value for money.  If you have friends looking to purchase items for their bikes then ordering together also allows for cost efficiencies.

Returns & Replacements: 

Do the items on the site come with a warranty?  Yes, we will organize a replacement for you in the unlikely event a product is defective/faulty.  This is provided you contact sales@k65motorcycleparts.co.uk within a reasonable time frame to report he issue.  We will require that the entire item is returned in the original product box.  In the case of a defective product, K65 will cover the return and replacement item postage. 

Can I return an item if I change my mind? If you have purchased an item from us and have decided you no longer need it, in most cases you can return it in exchange for store credit. You must contact us prior to returning goods for approval.  We cannot accept any returns without prior notification.  Please note that the return postage is the responsibility of the customer.  The item must be in a condition suitable for resale. This means it must not be scratched, marked, dented, bent or damaged in any way. The item must be returned with any supporting documentation it was supplied with and proof of purchase within 30 days.   

Generally we will not accept returns of special order items. These are items that are not held in stock.  In such cases, please contact sales@k65motorcycleparts.co.uk  

What happens if my order is undeliverable and returned to K65 by the postal service?  If an item is not deliverable because of a wrong address entered by customer, duties not paid or any reason beyond our control and is returned to us by the shipping carrier we will need to charge for the cost of re-shipping. If the customer does not want to pay the shipping again and the item cost is refunded we will not refund the original shipping cost. 

 

Packaging: 

How do you package my order?  All orders are carefully packed in postal boxes with bubble wrap and packing paper to avoid any damage during shipment.  All orders are photographed prior to shipment as a record of the state of the package when shipped and the address used. 

What do I do if my item arrives damaged?  If your order arrives damaged then it has been mishandled by the postal service. We check all products prior packing and sending so if you receive a package and it is damaged or the contents are damaged please do as follows: 

  1. Contact the postal service immediately upon receipt of the goods and have it noted and recorded that there is damage to your parcel. 
  2. Make sure you keep all the packaging as delivered, as the postal service will want to check and verify all claims.
  3. Please email sales@k65motorcycleparts.co.uk as soon as possible and we will give you further instructions if you need them. 

It is very important that you retain all original, damaged packing materials. In all instances the insurance issued by the post office requires that you make a report.   

We will forward all relevant details if needed which are kept by us when sending the order. Ultimately any damage that has occurred in transit is between you the customer and the delivery service provider. We cannot be held directly responsible but we will help as much as possible to ensure the final out come is resolved (where possible). 

Important Shipping Notice

Due to a summer slow down, please note that we will be unable to dispatch orders placed between 13th and 26th August 2018 until 27th August 2018.  K65 is very sorry for any inconvenience caused but assures you that the products are worth the wait.  Thank you for your understanding.
